Carolina University is a highly selective school. They receive approximately 550 applications each year. The acceptance rate is around 34 percent which is equal about 200 students who passed the admission process of the institution. However, when the year begins, only about 120 or 64% of the applicants who received an acceptance letter from Carolina University choose to register. Based on the institution’s application data, 58% of the applicants were men while 41% were women, however, after being accepted, only 29 percent of the women decided to study at Carolina University as compared to 70 percent of men who decided to enroll. Carolina University’s undergraduate application fee is $25. First-year students are asked to submit their ACT or SAT scores to Carolina University when applying. Most often, an ACT score of 16 - 21 or a 870 - 1,080 SAT score is the range that applicants have greater chances to be accepted. This school also allows submissions of Advanced Placement (AP) credits, Credit for life experiences, and Dual enrollment.
