WUE/Distinguished Cougar Award Scholarship Amount: ($11,000 per year) This award is for students beginning Spring 2023 and Fall 2023 To receive this out of state scholarship, you must enroll on the Pullman campus beginning with the semester you were admitted and awarded for, as a first-year, incoming student with a minimum 3.0 unweighted high school grade point average, and you must enroll for at least 12 credits each semester. If you have been enrolled previously at WSU (other than as part of a Running Start program) or are entering WSU as a transfer student, you are not eligible for this award. Note: should your out-of-state residency status change to in-state, you will no longer be eligible for the WUE/Distinguished Cougar Award. The WUE/Distinguished Cougar Award is renewable for an additional three years or a maximum of eight total semesters if you meet the conditions each year of the award.
