Applications can be submitted at any time, but preference is given to applications received by July 31. Freshman Scholarship: Award Amount: $1000 scholarship applied to student's account at the start of spring term. Requirements to Receive Award: -Accepted to WWU -Accepted into honors program -Completed at least two quarters of HONR 131, 132, 133 -Completed College Writing (ENGL 141, 142 recommended) -WWU cumulative GPA at the end of each term of 3.0 or higher -3.0 GPA in all HONR courses Sophomore Scholarship: Award Amount: $1000 scholarship applied to student's account at the start of spring term. Requirements to Receive Award: -Completed 45 university level credits (required for sophomore standing) -Completed HONR 243 (fall term) -Completed HONR 131, 132, 133 -Completed College Writing (ENGL 141, 142 recommended) -WWU cumulative GPA at the end of each term of 3.0 or higher -3.0 GPA in all HONR courses
