Rowan University (out-of-state)

Eligibility: -You must be admitted to Rowan University. -You must be NJ STARS recipients or non-funded (tuition and approved fees fully covered bother State and/or Federal aid) during the semester of county college graduation. -You must have graduated from a NJ county college with an associate degree and a GPA of 3.25 or higher. -Your family income (including taxable and untaxed income) must be less than $250,000. -You can only take off one semester after county college graduation before beginning the the NJ STARS II program. -You must be enrolled full-time (12 credits or more each term). -You must apply for all forms of federal and state financial aid and submit any verification documents within established State deadlines. Application Process: -Must be admitted to Rowan University -Submit your final county college transcript showing you graduated with an associate's degree with a cumulative GPA of 3.25 or higher. -Submit your FAFSA application at www.fafsa.gov before April 15th each year.
