The Helen and Shirley Highland Scholarship
The Helen and Shirley Highland Scholarship was created by Jeff and Lisa Charnogorsky, to honor the legacy of Jeff's grandmother, Helen, and mother, Shirley. Each candidate for the Helen and Shirley Highland Scholarship must meet the following criteria: -Enrolled in good standing by the College of Arts and Sciences (major is from a dept. within the College of Arts and Sciences). -Female student preferred. -Minimum GPA of 2.75 on a 4.0 scale. -Have demonstrated financial need, as determined by the Financial Aid office. The Helen and Shirley Highland Scholarship will be used to provide an annual scholarship of $1500 to a student in the College of Arts and Sciences who meets the criteria. Applications for the 2023-2024 school year are due to the College of Arts and Sciences office by 4:30 p.m. on Friday, February 3, 2023
