The Fosler Family Education Scholarship
The Fosler Family Education Scholarship was created by Randy and Lisa Fosler in 2012 to recognize outstanding students in the College of Education. The scholarship will provide annual financial support for students who plan to become teachers in the field of elementary education. -Renewable: No -Need-based: NEssay: Please discuss your passion for teaching. Explain how your participation in community, university, and leadership activities has shaped this passion. Please limit your response to no more than 500 words. -Listing: Demonstrate participation and/or leadership in community/university activities -GPA: 3.2 Cumulative -Class: Junior or senior -Major: Elementary Education -Preferences: Full time -Additional Preferences: In good standing. -Additional Preferences: All things being equal, preference will be given to Illinois State elementary education majors who are active members of Future Educators Association Professional (FEAP) Current Students: Complete this application by December 31, 2023 (notified by March 31) Currently enrolled students in a teacher education major are eligible.
