The Class of 1929 Endowed Scholarship
The Class of 1929 Endowed Scholarship was established in 1986 to provide an endowed scholarship for students in teacher education at Illinois State. This scholarship was one of four endowments created by graduates of the college between 1929 and 1937. Illinois State is proud of the opportunities created by this scholarship to uphold the importance of teaching. -Renewable: No -Need-based: No -Essay: Please describe your desire and plan to enter the teaching profession. -Please limit your response to no more than 500 words. -GPA: 3.0 Cumulative -Class: Undergraduate or second bachelors -Major: Teacher Education -Preferences: Plan to enter the teaching profession Current Students: Complete this application by December 31, 2023 (notified by March 31) Currently enrolled students in a teacher education major are eligible.
